Your initial massage includes: A brief consultation to understand your history, pain points, and goals A personalised 60-minute treatment using remedial, sports, or deep tissue techniques Time to assess movement, tension patterns, and areas requiring focus This appointment allows us to work safely and effectively, and ensures the treatment is tailored specifically to you. All new clients must book an Initial Massage before accessing ongoing treatment options. A new client intake form will be sent after booking and must be completed prior to your appointment.
