Refund Policy

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Tim Bone. By booking a treatment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) and relevant laws in New South Wales.

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind, fail to attend your appointment, or decide you no longer wish to proceed with treatment. This includes bookings made in person, over the phone, online, or by any other method.

2. Non-Attendance and Late Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full fee being charged. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.

3. Statutory Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or compensation if a service fails to meet one or more of the following consumer guarantees:

  • The service is not provided with due care and skill

  • The service is not fit for the specified purpose

  • The service is not delivered within a reasonable time

If you believe a service provided by Tim Bone has failed to meet any of the above guarantees, please notify us immediately. Where applicable, you may be entitled to a remedy including a rebooking at no charge, partial refund, or full refund.

4. Requesting a Refund or Remedy
To request a refund or discuss a concern, you must contact Tim directly within 48 hours of your appointment. You may be asked to provide details of the issue and supporting information. Tim reserves the right to assess the situation and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will not be issued in cash if the original payment was made electronically.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of medical emergency, contagious illness, or extreme hardship, cancellation fees may be waived or refunded at Tim’s sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.

7. Right to Refuse Refunds
Tim reserves the right to refuse a refund request where:

  • The service was delivered as described and with due care and skill

  • The client failed to provide accurate or relevant health information

  • The client was late or failed to attend

  • The request is made outside the specified timeframes
