By accessing this website or booking a treatment with Tim Bone, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding under the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or Tim Bone’s services.

1. Practitioner Qualifications
Tim Bone is a qualified and insured practitioner of remedial massage, dry needling, cranio-sacral therapy, dynamic cupping, and other related therapies. Services are provided in accordance with industry standards and Australian health regulations. Tim is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

2. Health Disclaimer
All treatments offered are intended to support general health and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Clients must consult a medical professional before commencing any therapy, especially if they have an injury, illness, or are pregnant. By booking a session, you confirm that you are medically fit to receive treatment and have disclosed all relevant health information.

3. Results Not Guaranteed
Treatment outcomes vary based on individual circumstances. While many clients experience relief or improvement, results are not guaranteed. No warranties or representations are made about the efficacy of any treatment.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for their appointment

• Providing accurate and complete health information

• Following aftercare advice provided by Tim

• Not attending appointments if they are unwell or contagious

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in refusal of service.

5. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to the full session cost. No-shows will be charged in full. Exceptions may be granted at Tim’s sole discretion in cases of emergency.

6. Payment Terms
All sessions must be paid for on the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment methods accepted include cash, EFTPOS, or other methods as agreed. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of future bookings and recovery action.

7. Refusal of Service
Tim reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if:

• A client presents with a condition that makes treatment unsafe

• A client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• A client engages in inappropriate, abusive, or illegal behaviour

• Any other situation arises that may compromise the safety or integrity of the treatment
   

8. Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tim Bone is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by a client as a result of treatment, unless caused by proven negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, any aggravation of an existing condition or any discomfort experienced after a session.
 

9. Privacy
Client information is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles. Personal and health information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
 

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Tim Bone unless otherwise stated. No part of this website may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
 

11. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Any legal action must be taken in a NSW court of competent jurisdiction.
