Where are you located?
I work from a private home clinic in Waterloo. The exact address is provided once your appointment is confirmed.

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free street parking available. Please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot, especially during peak hours.

What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear something comfortable and easy to change out of. You’ll be draped appropriately during your session.

Do you treat specific injuries or conditions?
Yes. I specialise in remedial, deep tissue, sports massage and dry needling. If you’re dealing with a sports injury, chronic pain, or muscle tightness, we’ll tailor the session to suit your needs.

Do you offer relaxation or Swedish massage?
No. My focus is on results-based treatment. If you’re looking for relaxation, I’m probably not the right fit.

How do I pay?
Payment is taken at the end of the session via EFTPOS, bank transfer or cash.

Do you accept health fund rebates?
Yes. I’m registered with most major health funds. Please check with your provider to confirm your eligibility.

What’s your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur the full session fee.

Can I bring someone with me?
Due to the home clinic setting, only clients receiving treatment should attend.

Is this space accessible?
Yes. Although if you have mobility concerns, please get in touch beforehand to discuss options.
